August 5th, 2022 4:00pm - 8:00pm: Coldwater's return to it's in-person 3rd annual Magical Night:  Transfigured Friday.  Come dressed as your favourite student, teacher, wizard or witch!

August 6th, 2022 9:30 am - 5:30 pm: 
12th Annual Coldwater Steampunk Festival Main Event Day.  Join us as we travel around Coldwater to Iconic Cities at local restaurants, cafe's and food establishments.  Steampunk Passport provided.  Think Paris, London, New York, Tokyo and more!  Costumes encouraged but not required. 

Roller Derby in the Arena Game 1:  4:00 pm, Game 2, 6:00 pm.  South City Rebel Rollers.

Coldwater Steampunk Festival Invites you to "TRAVEL TO ICONIC CITIES AND TASTE FOODS OF THE WORLD"


Join us for this year’s in-town, in-person adventures. Our theme takes creative spirits on a trip to iconic cities. 


Art instillations and exhibits are scattered throughout our lovely Village on the River and include: 

The return of the Wonderful Flying Time Machine by Craviations, a Bicycle Rickshaw, Lego Architecture creations, Sylvia's Day and Night Sky Paris Gardens, Interactive Mural Paintings and an AWESOME open-create Craft Tent hosted by Mix-media Guru Karen Holubek, and volunteers Pat Gillespie, Heather Keery and Judy Gilchrist. 


Local Artist Karen Taul and Emerging Artist Rowan Cousineau are back with an Artist collaboration 

Interactive New York Style Street Art Installation in a Main Street Alley beside 12 Coldwater Road (Subway Alley).


Karen Taul's Art installations will be adorned on the entranceway alley arches along Mainstreet.  Karen's 3D paper mache art is renowned.  Watch her teaching video's on Youtube at Coldwater Steampunk Festival TV.


Street Art, Featured Artists, Collaborative Projects & More: Aug. 5-22, 2021

Street Art: Imagine peddling our soon-to-be-Steampunk Bicycle Rickshaw at 2 Mill Street, or trying to pilot a Retro Rocket by Ron Schell at 32 Coldwater Road. Wait a minute…how about a photo with our Time Machine? It’s just returned from its 1921 voyage to 20 Coldwater Road.


2022 Featured Artists:  Spotlight on emerging Artists, Pam Goodwin (pothmusely), Sirius Small and Graphic Artist Natasha Ventresca (nee Smith).  Natasha's journey as a working Artist, Cosplay enthusiast and recent studies towards a Nursing degree during the pandemic will be featured in the 2022 Edition of the Coldwater Planet.  


Be Inspired by Local Artists: Kathryn Kaiser, Karen Taul, Betsy Waterson, Sharron Reynolds, Barb Whittingham, Ute Schmidt-Jones, Melissa Small, Rowan B-C, Liz B-C, Sylvia Harrigan, Karen Holubek, Deb Tice and April Gonzalez.
